Hi, my name is Talha. I’m 22 years old and originally from Türkiye.

I’m currently working part-time in roofing and will be studying carpentry in Cannington, so I’m looking for a private room with easy access to Cannington / East Cannington area. My budget is up to around $275 per week including bills, but of course I’m happy with something more affordable if it is a good fit.

I’m a clean, tidy and respectful person. At home, I’m usually quiet and I enjoy spending time in my room, but I’m also friendly and happy to have a chat with housemates. I respect everyone’s personal space, culture and lifestyle.

I don’t smoke, I don’t use drugs, and I rarely drink. I’m not into parties or loud environments, so I prefer a calm, clean and relaxed home.

I’m working and studying, so I have a simple routine and I’m reliable with rent. I’m looking for a place where the housemates are friendly, respectful and considerate.

A furnished room would be great, and air conditioning would be a strong bonus. I’m also comfortable living with pets, as I have two cats back in Türkiye, but I won’t be bringing any pets with me.
