Nathan Lynch

Hey, I’m Nathan – most people call me Nath or Lynchy.
I’m relocating from Brisbane back to the Gold Coast and looking for the right place to call home. Ideally something long-term with easygoing housemates who enjoy a relaxed, respectful living environment.

I work full-time in the social media space, mostly remote, so I’m home a fair bit during the day. That said, I’m very mindful of shared spaces, keep things clean, and respect everyone's privacy. I’ve lived in a variety of share houses over the years and know how to contribute positively to the household – whether it’s keeping things tidy, paying rent on time, or just being a solid person to live with.

I’m social when the vibe’s there, but I’m also happy doing my own thing. Into music, sport, and a bit of creative work on the side. Always up for a good chat, but I value downtime and a peaceful place to come home to.
