Hi, my name is Julia. I’m 25 years old and currently studying a bachelor’s degree at Griffith University. Between work, study, and classes, I tend to be out of the house quite often, so I value having a calm and clean home environment to return to and relax in!

I enjoy having the occasional comparable chat or meal with housemates, but I also respect everyone’s need for quiet and personal space as I also value my alone time:)

In my downtime, I like to unwind by going to the gym, the beach, or watching a good show. I’m looking for a place with like-minded, respectful housemates, who appreciate a peaceful and clean living space!

Ideally, I’m hoping to move in around mid February, with at least a week’s notice so I can make the necessary arrangements!
