Hi, my name’s Amellia. I’m pretty laid-back, creative, and enjoy the arts. My family is moving to Brisbane, but I’ll be staying on the Gold Coast as I work full time as a gold broker.

I’m quiet, respectful, and very tidy. I don’t smoke, party, or drink, and I don’t have any pets. I have my own car, so a parking space would be ideal.

I’m preferably looking for a studio or granny flat, or something similar where I can have my own space and privacy. I’m reliable, easy to get along with, and looking for a calm, comfortable place to call home.
