Niyati Kadam

Hi! I’m Niyati, I’m 22 and currently studying for my Master of Biotechnology at Monash University. I’ll be moving closer to campus around January 1st, as my classes are at the Monash Caulfield and Monash Alfred campuses (which are near St Kilda).
I’m a tidy, respectful, and easygoing person who really values a calm, friendly, and positive home environment. I’m a non-smoker, I don’t have any pets, and I’m very mindful of keeping shared spaces neat and cosy.
Outside of uni, I have a wide range of hobbies, I love writing, reading, playing tennis, cooking, and baking. I’m also a bit of a fashion girly, I enjoy putting outfits together and expressing myself through style. I’m social and love chatting over coffee or exploring Melbourne, but I also appreciate peaceful downtime.
I’m not working at the moment since I’m focusing on my studies, but I’m reliable, responsible, and organised. I’m Hindu and originally from India, and I don’t eat beef. I’m happy to live either alone or in a share house, as long as the space feels welcoming and respectful.
