I’m a 35-year-old woman who works full-time and prefers a clean, quiet and cozy home. I enjoy a homely atmosphere where I can unwind after work and value a peaceful, respectful and comfortable living environment.

I’m offering a fully furnished private room in a spacious, sunny 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Box Hill. The room is furnished with a single bed, study desk, drawers and a built-in wardrobe, and has its own separate bathroom and toilet.

The apartment has beautiful park views and access to great building facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna and gym.

The location is extremely convenient, with Box Hill Shopping Centre, Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and other essential shops just a short walk away. The train station is around a 5-minute walk, and there are bus and tram stops right in front of the apartment. The CBD is less than 20 minutes away by train with a direct service.

There are also Persian supermarkets and restaurants around 10 minutes away.

The rent is $350 per week. The room is available from 20 August for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of a longer-term stay if we’re both happy with the arrangement.

You would be sharing the apartment with only one other person — a female housemate. I’m looking for a female tenant who is clean, respectful, responsible and enjoys a quiet and peaceful home.

Non-smoker, no pets and no children.
