I'm helping my 19 year old son and his partner 18 look for a long term place, they enjoy gaming, cooking, hard work and helping others. They are looking for a studio, or a one bedroom with ensuite, unit, caravan, or shared house where they can keep to themselves, maintain a quiet environment, and pay rent on time. They don't smoke, own pets, or have kids. They value cleanliness and always clean up after themselves.
