Katy and Jon

Hi, I’m Katy and this is my partner, Jon.

We’re a couple in our 30s looking for a room with a private ensuite bathroom or a cosy studio that we can call home.
Jon works full-time, and I currently work part-time at a childcare centre.

At this stage of our lives, we’re simply looking for a quiet, peaceful and comfortable place where we can relax and unwind after work. We’re both non-smokers, have no pets or children, and we’re not party people. We’re clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s privacy and personal space.

We’d also love to find a home, and people to live with, where there is mutual understanding and respect.
We believe in being considerate of the people we live with and respecting their privacy, space and way of life, and we really appreciate receiving the same understanding and respect in return. For us, having a comfortable and harmonious living environment is very important.

We cook regularly and are always mindful of shared areas, making sure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy after use.

We have two cars. Ideally, we would need one parking space, and we’re completely happy to park the second car on the street if needed.

We’re hoping to find somewhere we can settle in long-term, ideally for at least 12 months. Having our own private ensuite bathroom is important to us, and we’d love to find a peaceful and comfortable home where we can settle in and feel at ease.
