🏡 Looking for 1 rooms / house or aparment share

Hey there!

My name is Javier, and I'm looking for a furnished room in Sunshine Coast from August 19th for approximately 3 months. I'm 33 years old, originally from Chile, and I've spent the last few years living and working in different countries.

I'm easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking (mostly vegetarian meals), listening to music respectfully, spending time outdoors, and living in a calm, friendly environment.

🏡 Ideally, I'm looking for:

- A furnished room
- Close to the beach (preferred)
- Good public transport access (I won't have a car)
- Bills included if possible
- A relaxed, respectful and clean household

I've shared homes with people from many different backgrounds, so I really value good communication and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone.
