Jacob and Courtney

Hi there,

I’m a 22-year-old from Wales in the UK, currently living on the Gold Coast on a working holiday visa. I work full-time in construction, so I’m usually up early and out for most of the day.

My girlfriend Courtney (24) and I are looking for somewhere to move into around the 20th of April. Ideally we’d love to be somewhere near the beach, as getting outdoors and enjoying the coastal lifestyle is a big part of why we moved across the world to live on the Gold Coast.

Courtney is very similar to me — we share most of the same hobbies and lifestyle. She’s currently working as a bartender at Sandbar.

In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, getting outside for walks, and occasionally going out for a drink, but we’re definitely not big drinkers or the party-every-weekend type.

We’re both very clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m especially particular about keeping shared spaces tidy (especially the kitchen — I can’t stand dirty dishes!).

We’re ideally looking to stay for at least 6 months, and potentially up to 12 months if it’s the right place.
