I'm a 26-year-old guy from Scotland on a working holiday-visa for a year, with plans to stay longer. (All going well after the first)

I’ve been here since July and I am working as a labourer and work Monday-Friday. (Sometimes weekends)
Usually up early hours and home around early afternoon.

I’m very active when I’m not working, workout out and run most days of the week, or box or Thai box.
Pretty chilled majority of the time, and don’t tend to party or drink, but I am always down too if there is an offer and right setting and motive.

However majority the time I’m usually just chilling when not working out or at work.

I pride myself in being tidy and cleaning up after myself and appreciate when the same is reciprocated. Can be social and sometimes like to just have my own time but I am open to suggestions.

I am looking to be somewhere in the eastern suburbs but I am also happy to stay central. Ideally not wanting a 12 person place and most I could do would be 5 others including myself. I am in Darlinghurst currently till the 20th of October.

Currently paying $400 a week bills excluded. If I can somewhere cheaper that’s great, but if I can get somewhere for same price but nicer then where I am currently, also great.
