I'm a 22-year-old woman on a working holiday visa. I love the idea and the simplicity of an apartment. Clean, quiet, and conveniently close to amenities would be great. I enjoy swimming and shopping in my free time. Non-smoker with no pets or kids, I appreciate having parking available if possible.
