Hi, my name’s Naia and I’m currently sharing a room in a lovely apartment in Southbank. However, now that my life has settled down job wise, I’m looking for a private room in the same area I’m living in now.

I’m looking for a calm place since I very much enjoy watching movies or shows, F1, reading… I go to the gym several times a week too to unwind/stay in shape.

What I’m looking for: apartment in Southbank with a private room (ensuite bathroom would be best of course but it’s just a preference, not mandatory), apartment building with concierge service, gym facilities. 350-375$/week maximum bills included (I don’t accept excluded bills). I won’t take anything that’s higher than the stated amount.
