First off I try to always be a gentleman, I am in university studying a diploma in building and construction. I came from QLD I can help where I’m needed. I am a little OCD about my things being in there place, and keeping clean and tidy but I’m cool with how others are. I love to have chat and there for anybody, but I also like to keep to myself.

I love new experiences. I am handy with tools, I like to dress nice and present well in all ways. I just want to live my life quietly

I smoke vapes. I don’t drink or do drugs. I go to the gym in my spare time. I dont know many people from Victoria and I don’t go out unless it’s for essentials

I have my own car and im single and not really looking.

Don’t just think that I am looking at these areas, anything lower then 800 a fortnight to me is reasonable! I only need a gym close my computer and a train station nearby to get to the city campus, otherwise I’m well equipped, I have a fridge and air fryer and a rice cooker and a set of draws so I just need a bed, some cupboards or wracks I’m looking for an ensuite
