I’m tidy, respectful, and responsible. I don’t drink or smoke and always maintain a clean and quiet living environment. As a student, I’ll be mostly focused on my studies, so I’m hoping to find a peaceful space that feels like home.

I’m interested in staying long-term (minimum 6–12 months) and will always treat the property with care. I’m happy to provide my student ID, proof of enrollment, and personal references if needed.
