25 year old Irish man working in the finance industry. I am moving to Sydney from Ireland in September and will be working in the CBD. I'm looking for a flatmate to share an upmarket apartment. I'm not completely sure where but Bondi/Tamarama/Bronte are on the shortlist. Budget is approximately 900-1000/week but am flexible. Preferably looking for somebody also working full time and under 35. I like to go on runs, compete in motorsport, go to the gym, and go for a few drinks at the weekend. I am not loud or keen on having parties all the time or during the week.
