I'm Riya, a 26-year-old female student, studying Agricultural Economics at UWA. I am also an artist.

Most of my time goes studying, rest painting, reading and doing daily chores.

I keep place clean. Respect privacy. I love having conversations to connect in my free time.

I am looking for a spacious place. Preferably whole property/flat/studio/granny flat. Even a room, if it has plenty of space and common area. I need space to paint. And also want good sunlight, to keep plants and soak in. I will be having my friends over at my place , so don't want restrictions in that regards. Yes I will be mindful.

I would need silence at night as I am a light sleeper.

I am looking for long term, minimum 4 to 12 months, could go up to 2 yrs.

Also, if possible, I would prefer meals to be included, perhaps 1 meal a day or meals some days a week, can be discussed. I am willing to pay extra for that. If a room in another house. I am a vegetarian.
