Hey! I’m Kate – 26, creative business owner and photographer, currently on the lookout for a new home base somewhere on the central to southern end of the Gold Coast (Mermaid, Broadbeach, Palm Beach, Miami, Burleigh, Coolangatta, or nearby).

A bit about me:
I run a few small businesses (photography, content creation, and a swimwear brand), so I need a good amount of space – ideally either a second bedroom or access to a garage/storage area for stock and workspace
I have a small dog named Blue – he’s toilet-trained, super quiet, doesn’t bark, and very chilled
I’m clean, easy-going, and value a peaceful, friendly home
I love the beach, being outdoors, working on creative projects, and I’m usually pretty busy with work

What I’m looking for:
— Two bedrooms OR one bedroom + garage/storage
— Natural light + good energy
— Parking (bonus if it's secure)
— Pet-friendly home
— Respectful, kind flatmates who are happy to co-exist and occasionally chat over tea or wine
— Budget up to $700/week including bills (some flexibility for the right place)
— Move-in anytime from now
