Ilya and Charlie

We’re looking to potentially team up with the right person/couple to split a 2/3 bedroom apartment or house somewhere on the GC preferably more southern like Mermaid, Palm beach ish. Our half of the rent can be up to $650/700.

Currently living in West End, Brisbane our lease ends in November though.

Charlie studies law and criminology and universality and works part time as a support worker. I work full time in commercial roofing/waterproofing. We like to enjoy our weekend at the beach (surfing if possible) or doing something wholesome, maybe the occasional glass of wine in the evenings but nothing hectic. We also enjoy cooking (Charlie more than me if I’m honest) so spend most evenings helping each other in the kitchen and enjoying healthy food.

You can take my word for it when u say we are very “OCD” level clean, a cluttered space is a cluttered mind after all.

The goal is to find a like minded person/couple that we get along with and can work cohesively with to live in gorgeous place together. Very happy to provide other details just give me a message, will be good to connect!
