Anna, Sam, Sophia and Jake

We are a group of four friends (two couples), from England, in our late 20s. Anna and Sam have been in Perth for four months following a six month backpacking trip around Southeast Asia. Sophia and Jake have been here since February, following their backpacking trip. We are very tidy and respectful people. We are currently renting an apartment and have kept it in pristine condition. We are all working full-time, the girls in hospitality and the boys in construction. In our free time we like to go for walks, to the beach, camping, and also just relaxing in front of the TV. We are having to move out of our current apartment in December so are looking for somewhere a little more spacious where we can still all live together. Anna and Sam are planning to be here for approximately another six months and Sophia and Jake may be longer. Ideally, we are looking for somewhere within walking distance to a beach. Our move in date is flexible.
