Budgets: $550 if included parking/bills (Max no. of flatmates: 2) $480-500 w/o parking/bills

Location: somewhere within walking distance of the train station, travel time less than 30mins away from CBD/Martin Place.

- Graduated in Sydney, Dip. Int Media - Game Design, Dip+Adv.Dip Info Tech, and Bachelor IT Network Engineering.
- Working full-time as an IT Engineer in Media & Entertainment industry.
- A gamer who needs a good internet speed/connection. I usually connect with friends at night.
