Hi, my name is El, I'm a 28 year old artist and dancer. I work freelance and my schedule is very flexible, though it does sometimes include nights. I am clean, tidy and respectful and mostly keep to myself when I am at home. Though I like to I clean up after myself and keep spaces tidy I am also very understanding of limitations and I’m not going to be on your case about it as long as we are all putting in equal effort for a nice home. I am reliable and communicative and always ensure bills and rent are paid on time. I have no pets, kids or partner and I don't make much noise although I am happy to have social hangs and a bev on weekends/in the evenings and would prefer housemates who keep a comfortable balance of both. I am a very friendly, creative person and I love taking photos, painting, seeing live music.
I do smoke (outside) so whoever I live with would have to be ok with that 🫶🍃
I love animals too so I'm happy to live with pets.
