I am a 64 yo man I am looking for somewhere to live.

I am not currently working, but I am looking hard for a job! I can only afford $150 per week, atm. More when I am working...

I have no pets, but I will love yours.

I don't need furniture except a cupboard or drawers.

Preferably on the Cleveland railway line. (flexible)

I am quiet, easy going, clean and friendly.
I am also a sci fi fan. Books, PC games and TV shows.
I walk a lot, and I have a bicycle and a car.
I am a techie (I can fix IT stuff) and I'm a Trekkie!

Non-smoker and non-drinker, but I don't mind if you drink!

I always offer to help out. Whether its cleaning, moving stuff around, driving you around (in my car!)... whatever needs doing, if I can I will help.
