My name is Meredith, and I’m an educated and creative single mum with a 1.5-year-old. I have a Fine Arts degree, have successfully exhibited my work, and now work part-time in the tattooing industry. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

Health and fitness are a big part of my life — I do daily CrossFit, love going to the gym, and enjoy cooking and eating nutritious food. I keep screen time minimal for my child, but I’m happy to watch a movie or have a chat once the kids are in bed. I’m a non-smoker, don’t use drugs, and have nothing in my lifestyle that would compromise the safety, comfort, or peace of the home — and I expect the same from whoever I live with.

What I’m looking for:

- Another single parent or couple with one child (so the household is child-friendly for everyone). No single men.

- Like minded individual (s) in terms of healthy living, not sitting in front of a tv all day, etc

- Budget around $375–$450 each per week (plus bills) depending on size and location

- Locations: Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, Petersham, Summer Hill, Stanmore, Newtown, or nearby

- Easy access to public transport is essential

- Preferably near parks/playgrounds

- Apply together for a suitable home, with all adult names on the lease for transparency and to protect against any financial unfairness

- Share rent and utilities equally and transparently
