I’m a fully employed Arts Specialist teacher, educator, and swimming teacher, working across schools and the wider community.

I live a grounded, organised lifestyle and value a home that feels clean, calm, and genuinely enjoyable — a place treated with care and respect that truly feels like home.

Looking for a ground level house, well my bedroom at least is on the ground level or with minimal stairs. ✨

I enjoy the beach and ocean, travel and camping, cooking, galleries, and quiet downtime, balanced with coming together for a good laugh, shared meals, and the occasional board game or quiz night 🧩🎲

I live a low-tox, balanced lifestyle and enjoy wellness, swimming, yoga, keeping fit, healthy food, gardening, good teas, and quality coffee. I’m positive, easy-going, and value human connection, clear communication, and consistency — I believe these are what make a household truly work.

A little fun fact about me: I was born on a leap year, so I’m technically a leapling — forever young at heart 😄

I’m naturally curious and grounded, with an interest in spirituality, faith, science, and the metaphysical — I love learning, reflecting, and finding meaning, while staying practical and present in everyday life.

I love art, music, happiness, creating, good energy, and a sense of harmony — treating a house as a sacred, peaceful space, not just somewhere to stay 🫶🏽✨🏡

I previously lived in Watermans Bay for 8 years (long-term rental with excellent references) and bring a considerate, low-drama presence to a household. I’m a non-smoker, not into heavy drinking or wild parties, and I’m happy to live with pets 🐾

I’m looking north of the river, ideally close to the beach and central amenities.
Budget: $350–$400 per week.

Having my own bathroom would be ideal, though I’m flexible for the right fit. I have my own furniture and bed and can move quickly.

I hold a Working With Children Check, Police Clearance, and am a registered primary and secondary teacher.

I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I live with over time and value a household where kindness, respect, and shared care create a balanced, supportive environment — something that feels connected, warm, and steady.
