Amar and Qing

We are a decent, man-woman couple in our late 50's. We are friendly, cheerful, healthy and very tidy. I work part time, she works full time. We are looking for a One Bedroom Unit/ Studio/ Room in a shared house or flat so that we can enjoy living together as a couple. Our preference is a clean, healthy, sunny, cheerful place, preferably furnished. A King Double Bed and a Wardrobe in a spacious room would be ideal, with either off-street or easy to get on-street parking. We're looking at a 6 to 9 months stay. We don't have any pets or kids living with us. We are a quiet, non-interfering couple and yes, we are supportive of neighbours or house mates, if any. A Rental Agreement will be required. Important: must be within 10 km or 10 mins drive from Double Bay.
