My work involves a mix of day, evening, and night shifts, so I spend a lot of my time either working or resting between shifts. I’m easy-going, friendly, and considerate of other people’s space and routines. I don’t smoke, enjoy keeping shared areas clean, and always pay rent on time.

I’m looking for a granny flat, studio, or self-contained space where I can feel comfortable and settled long-term. Ideally, I’d like somewhere with bills included and a budget of up to $400 per week.
