Hey I'm Liam, recently moved over from New Zealand I’ve been here for 7months and quickly found out that I don’t want to live in surfers paradise 🤷🏻‍♂️ (save me plz)

Easygoing, tidy, and low-drama. I work full-time as a plumber and sometimes stay away for work, so I’m out most days - work long weeks and keep a solid routine during the week. I’m respectful of other people’s space but always up for a chat, a beer, or watching something if everyone’s around.

I keep shared areas clean and do my part without being asked - not a neat freak, just not a grub (clean before I eat!) I’m reliable with rent and bills, and you won’t have to chase me up.

Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, out with mates, or just chilling. Not a big partier at home, but don’t mind the occasional social night. Looking for a place with good vibes, easygoing housemates, and a bit of mutual respect.
