Hello. I am a Melbourne transplant from the US.

I have a car so I'll need a parking spot.

it doesn't really matter if the room is furnished or not, I'll just have to plan accordingly since my current place is furnished.

Personality wise I'm pretty open, observant, I keep my things to myself, I have a pretty different accent since I'm from the city (they talk faster in the cities in the US) but in the south. I do play a lot of strategy board games and I have a number of them.

I am also a trans woman (pre op for now) so I present feminine. I'm open to answering questions and whatnot.

Employment wise I work in insurance for now, it's work from home. I have an IT/Math Teaching/Engineering (process and field service) background. So eventually I'm looking to get back into engineering.
