Hello. I am a Melbourne transplant from the US.

I will have a car before I am looking to move so I'll need a parking spot.

I do need a furnished room with at least a desk, I prefer a double bed, and I would like an en-suite bathroom if possible.

Personality wise I'm pretty open, observant, I keep my things to myself, I have a pretty different accent since I'm from the city (they talk faster in the cities in the US) but in the south. I do play a lot of strategy board games and I have a number of them.

I am also a trans woman (pre op) so I present feminine. I'm open to answering questions and whatnot.

Employment wise I have an IT/Math Teaching/Engineering (process and field service) background. So engineering is what I'll be after.
