I love animals and nature, I like gardening, mechanically and technology gifted and have always worked with my hands.
Always pay on time, always respectful of you and your rules and boundaries and I am quiet as a mouse due to growing up around extremely horrible people and conditions. I am so quiet 🤫

If I have to be around others I want them ti also have Empathy, kindness, compassion, conscious, brain, kindness and always calm and collected. Just would rather own place so I’m searching for anything on my own granny flat to studio…etc so i do t have to worry about others mess and literally shit.

I am clean, quiet, have respect for each other, have a job and expect other flatmates too as well or at least not be home all day using up power to then out costs on to me. Of course pets are always welcome and I’m looking for something like a granny flat, studio apartment, one room apartment. I am more than ready, packed to go and have money waiting to move in ASAP and you can take my word for my actually word which I will not break. I say I’m going to do something. I bloody. I have extreme empathy and respect for others around me and do everything in my power to be honest and just an awesome tenant or house mate ❤️😊🫡
