Hello! I am Julie, a 23 year old student from the Netherlands. I am currently living in Melbourne for my internship which I will finish in march. After this I’m planning on keeping on working in/ near Melbourne till August (could be flexible). Since my current lease ends January 31st I am looking for an apartment / room with privacy and where I am close to public transport or CBD. I am quiet, clean and organized. Because of my job I will be home decent hours and won’t be bothering too much. I am not living together but I do have a boyfriend which comes over multiple times a week, so I need a place that will not consider this a problem, or when a friend would come over. Another preferable thing, is because of my unsure plans my contract is stoppable on a monthly base, so I can stay flexible in case things change.
