Hey all — I’m looking for a longer-term place to call home and can move in immediately. Ideally I’m after a private space (1x1 apartment, studio, granny flat, or self-contained room), but open to the right setup.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with — extroverted when social, but I also really value my downtime and a calm home environment. I get along with just about anyone and keep shared spaces tidy without needing reminders.

I’m looking for somewhere stable and low-stress, not a short stay. I’m happy to pay rent in cash weekly or fortnightly, with bond ready, and I’m flexible on lease length. I’m reliable, communicative, and treat places with care.
