Hey all — I’m looking for a longer-term place to call home while I finish my final year of uni. I prefer somewhere close to UWA, with a private bathroom, and have Bond + 2 weeks rent upfront ready.

I love music, enjoy meeting new people, and I’m always down for a good night out or trying new food spots. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with — extroverted when social, but I also really value my downtime and a calm home environment.
