Hello! My name is Cara and I am a 27 year old on my working holiday visa from the USA. I just arrived in Hobart and have a full time job lined up in Hobart's CBD. I am looking for a fully furnished room to rent for about 3-4 months. Ideally, I am looking to be walking distance from work so I am looking for something in the West Hobart, North Hobart, CBD, Battery Point, or Sandy Bay area. My budget is under $300 pw with bills included.

A little bit about me - I love exploring and being outdoors. I enjoy running, hiking, and skiing. I also love being cosy with a good book or show. In the US, I am actually a high school math teacher but in Australia I am working in hospitality. I enjoy game nights, movie nights, and an occasional social night out. I am a non-smoker, tidy, and also non-partier. I am good with pets - honestly would love to spoil a roommate's cat or dog.
