Hi! Im a full time worker with a good job in local government. Love to keep fit and gym regularly. Chill. Easy going and friendly. Clean and tidy. Flexible about suburb.

Im looking for 1 bedroom townhouse/unit/granny flat or sharing something with 1 or 2 others with lots of space and preferably a private bathroom. Budget is up to 650 for the right place. Im currently working in Eagle Farm so looking for something no more than 30-40 minutes away. Ive enjoyed living in the St Lucia/Taringa/Toowong area in the past but open to anywhere. Can be furnished or unfurnished but I would prefer to use my own bed.

Im respectful and clean. Am an ambivert so happy to socialise but can also keep to myself. I like to go mountain biking and am into fitness and health.
