Valerie and Dylan

Hi! We’re Valerie and Dylan, a married couple from Canada who recently relocated to Perth. We’re looking for a comfortable, respectful place to call home. Open to short term or up to 6months.

I’m a self-employed Kinesiologist, while my husband works FIFO as a boilermaker, so the home is often quiet. We’re both in our late 20s, financially stable, clean, and considerate housemates who value a relaxed, tidy living environment.

Back in Canada, we’re homeowners and landlords ourselves, so we understand the importance of having reliable, respectful tenants. We take pride in looking after the places we live, communicating openly, and treating a home as if it were our own.

Outside of work, we enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, exploring Perth, and appreciating the simple things in life. We’re easy-going, responsible, and hoping to find a place where everyone feels comfortable.
