Seoul and Joy

⚡️ Here two Korean women are looking for a master room!
🏠 The house we are looking for: master room or room with private bathroom
💸 Budget: maximum $400 per week (⭐️important⭐️ utilities included)
📍 Desired area: Near the Holland Park bus stop, Sunnybank, Eight Mile Plains, Wishart and nearby areas
📦 Desired move-in date: around Nov 6

🙋‍♀️ Our introduction
We don't have any pets but animal lovers. We love cats, dogs, birds, even iguanas without discriminating species. Therefore if it is a house with pets we welcome very much.
The most important thing is being clean, and using the house like it is actually my own house. Of course there has never been even once that we delayed the rent, and with previous landlords we have maintained a so good relationship. Of course I thought it would be nice if we became closer haha.

🐶 My friend (born 1993, student visa)
Is doing kitchen work at a Korean restaurant.
Has 1~2 days off per week.
Usually works from 4 pm to 2 am the next day.
She only have a shower when she gets home at 2 am, and don’t cook or make any noise.

🐱 Me (born 1996, Working Holiday)
Is working as office job.
Works from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, and rests on weekends.

We are currently learning English so we want to live in an environment that uses English.
