⭐️⭐️ We’re two Korean female tenants currently looking for a place in Brisbane’s northside. ⭐️⭐️

What we’re looking for:

🏠 Master room or a private room with its own bathroom
💸 Budget: up to $400/week (including bills)
📍 Preferred areas: Chermside, Nundah, Nudgee, Hendra, Northgate, Clayfield, Hamilton, or nearby areas with good transport

📦 Move-in date: Around May 12

🙋‍♀️ About us:
We’re friendly, tidy, and respectful housemates who value a comfortable and clean living environment. We’ve always paid rent on time and maintained good relationships with our previous landlords.

🐶 Tenant A (1993, student visa)
Works in a sushi kitchen. Has about 3 days off per week, usually works 9:30am–9:00pm, and only uses the kitchen briefly.
🐱 Tenant B (1996, working holiday visa)
Works in an office, weekdays 9:00am–6:00pm, weekends off.

We both usually go out on Sundays, so the house tends to be quiet then.

We’re currently learning English, so we’d really love to live in an English-speaking environment. We also prefer a friendly and communicative host 😊

We absolutely love animals, so pet-friendly homes are very welcome 🐶🐱
