⭐️⭐️ We’re two Korean female tenants currently looking for a place in Brisbane’s southside. ⭐️⭐️

What we’re looking for:

🏠 Master room or a private room with its own bathroom
💸 Budget: Up to $400/week (including bills)
📍 Preferred areas: Sunnybank, Eight Mile Plains, and nearby suburbs
📦 Move-in date: Around August 28

🙋‍♀️ About us:

We’re friendly, tidy, and respectful housemates who value a clean, comfortable, and peaceful living environment. We always pay our rent on time and have maintained good relationships with our previous landlords.

🐶 Tenant A (Born in 1993, Student Visa)

* Works in the kitchen at a Korean restaurant.
* Has 1–2 days off per week.
* Usually works from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am.

🐱 Tenant B (Born in 1996, Working Holiday Visa, planning to switch to a Student Visa)

* Works in an office.
* Works 9:00 am–6:00 pm on weekdays and has weekends off.

We’re currently learning English, so we’d love to live in an English-speaking environment. We also appreciate a friendly and communicative host. 😊

We absolutely love animals, so pet-friendly homes are more than welcome! 🐶🐱
