Eleonor and Jorge

Hello!
My name is Eleonor, and I will be moving into the property together with my partner, Jorge.
Jorge is permanently employed as an Engineer at DroneShield with a generous annual salary, which ensures strong financial stability. I am actively seeking employment opportunities in Sydney, and in the meantime, I have both personal savings and financial support from my family overseas to guarantee that rent will always be paid on time.

I am American and Jorge is Dutch, and we both grew up in Spain. We have already lived together in the Netherlands, where we moved for work, which has given us experience managing our household together abroad.
We are responsible, tidy, and respectful tenants who value maintaining a positive relationship with our landlord. Our intention is to rent long-term and take great care of the property. We are also happy to provide references from previous landlords and employers, as well as any supporting documents you might need.

About us, we are a sportive couple, relaxed and focused on our professional goals. We don't smoke and have no pets. We have an active and healthy lifestyle and value a clean an organized house.
