i'm looking for a place to move into asap as my lease is up soon! hoping to move in 1-3 weeks

i mostly work from home so i'm super flexible with location - as long as i have a private room and internet connection i'm set! i'm working full time with occasional days in the perth office

also flexible with lease length - looking pretty urgently so willing to go for a shorter lease but at least 6 months is preferred

i'm super easygoing as a housemate - tidy, friendly, considerate. always happy to hang with housemates but also chill doing my own thing most of the time. outside work i spend my time playing tennis and video games

happy to share payslips, rent receipts and tenant letter of recommendation

also considering moving with my partner so if you have a room for a couple thats an option too!
