hey future roomies 🕺
we’ve just moved to Perth from Melbourne in november and looking for a new place, closer to the CBD/south of the river!

*looking to move ASAP as our previous lease has ended and we’re currently staying in hotels*

we pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, tidy space in personal and shared areas +
pretty easygoing, sociable when others are up for a chat but also respect that everyone needs their me time 🧘

jake is working full time as a civil labourer while maddi is currently studying (online) and working part time in hospo
we like to lead a healthy lifestyle so gym is our main hobby (also means we’re not in the kitchen much as we meal-prep once a week!), in the rare occasion that we stay at home it will usually be to kick back with some movies
