I'm a 20-year-old student planning to move in and I’m looking for a stable long-term place. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I only drink occasionally — but I’m happy not to drink in the house if that’s preferred. People usually describe me as quiet, friendly, respectful, clean, focused, and social but never noisy. My routine is mostly uni and work, so I’m often out during the day.
I have good cleaning habits and always take care of shared spaces. I enjoy meeting new people and getting along with housemates. I’m hoping for a place with friendly, respectful people where everyone gets along well.
