I’m a tidy, kind and respectful person who enjoys having my own space but also values spending time with others. I love going to the beach, grabbing a coffee, spending time in the sun and going to the gym. I also enjoy the occasional night out!

I currently work full-time as a Radiographer and am hoping to find housemates who are understanding of my varying work schedule, including weekdays, weekends, late shifts and on-call work. I’m more than happy to have guests over and meet new people, but I’m not looking to live in a party house.

My current lease in Merrimac is coming to an end in January, with the possibility of renewing. Unfortunately, my current housemates are unable to renew with me, so I’m hoping to find someone who would be interested in moving in. It would be treated as a “change of tenancy” rather than a renewal, and a tenancy application will need to be submitted with approval from the owner.

While it’s not right on the beach, it’s in a convenient location, and I’d be happy to share more details with anyone interested.
