Hi,
I’m currently living in Adelaide, and I’m making the move up to Newcastle on October 12th!
I have called Australia home for the past 13 years…I’m originally from Canada.

I’m a chill, positive person, and I value peace in my life. I choose to surround myself with people who are kind, respectful, genuine, and drama-free.

I’ll be working when I arrive in Newcastle. I currently work as a florist, and will also be focusing on building my creative art business. I’m potentially looking at going to art school in the new year. I enjoy getting out and about, and keeping busy, so I’m not much of a homebody.

In my spare time, you’ll usually find me at the beach, out exploring, reading, creating art, staying active, and enjoying nature.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and safe space to call home.

I’m very tidy, and would like my new roomie(s) to also like a clean house.

I’m respectful of other people, their space, and property. I enjoy having a chat and sharing a meal with people, but I’m also quite independent and happy to keep to myself. I like having a good balance of company and my own space.

I like to live with people who have a good sense of humour, enjoy a laugh and don’t take life too seriously. I like a relaxed, easygoing home where everyone can be themselves!

I’m looking for a place for around 6 months to start with - I am flexible with this.

Hoping to secure a place for around mid- October.

As I’m new to Newcastle, I’m open to exploring different neighborhoods beyond the areas I’ve listed in my bio.

If you already have fur babies at home, I’m always happy to lend a hand, as I just adore animals!

I can provide rental references, and anything else required.

I’ve been flat-sharing for two years now and have had a positive experience, making some lifelong friends along the way! 😊
