My partner Kevin and I are relocating to Sydney and are looking for a comfortable, long-term place to call home. A little about us: We’re a professional couple in our late 20s – easy-going, respectful, and very house-proud. We keep our living space clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, treating every place we live in as if it were our own. You can expect us to be reliable, responsible tenants who genuinely care for the property.

Although we’ve only just returned from four months of travel in Southeast Asia, we are actively applying for roles in Sydney and expect to have employment secured within the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, we have strong savings of over $70,000 and can provide proof of funds, visa information, bank statements, and any other documents required to support our application.
