I’m Katharina, originally from Sydney and currently based in Margaret River, now relocating to Perth (ideally West Perth and surrounding areas) for ongoing work in Film & TV.

I’m looking to partner with one like-minded person to secure a home together. I have my own furniture, so an unfurnished property would be preferred.

With many years of shared living experience, I value a home that is calm, respectful, and easy to maintain. I’m tidy, considerate, and reliable, and I naturally keep shared spaces clean and welcoming. I enjoy connection - a meal or a glass of wine - while also respecting privacy and quiet time.

I’m a non-smoker and come with two well-behaved, house-trained cats (Mufasa & Simba), who are affectionate and low-maintenance.
