Tom

Hey y'all, my name is Tom - I’m 35, a Studio Coordinator at an interior design firm in West End, and head coach of the Yeronga Eagles FQPL Women’s team.

I’m AuDHD and queer and have shared houses since I was 16, so I know how much a little consideration goes a long way. I massively respect other peoples privacy, space and belongings.
I love meeting new people and connecting with flatmates, but I also need my own space and downtime (the brain drain when the meds wear off is real!)

At home, I’m a big board gamer, tea drinker, music lover (It's rare I don't have my headphones on), and enjoy painting, birdwatching, hiking, going to markets, op-shopping, and travel.

I share my space with Tonkatsu (aka Tonks) my sweet 9 year old cat who has followed me all the way from NZ. She's very shy, but once she knows you, she'll be your little shadow - and will chirp at you until she can show you her best belly-flop. She's lived with several other cats over the years, and is very adaptable and doesn't scratch furniture (or people).

My weekdays are mostly work-focused, and my evenings and weekends are spent at football, so I’m out and about quite a bit.

I’d love flatmates who are respectful of downtime, help keep the place tidy, understand (or are open to learning about) neurodiversity, and can communicate with maturity.

Bonus points if you’re up for trivia nights—I’m basically a human cheat code. (*note - Wins aren't guaranteed, think more 90s video game cheat codes where your character gets a large head, or you can play as a refrigerator - something along those lines)
