I am a full-time working professional, originally from Spain but I've been living in Newy for almost 4 years, and planning on staying here indefinitely. I work 9-5 from a coworking space in Newy East.
After work, I love reading, meaningful chats, art, and making music. When I’m not relaxing at home, you might find me hanging out at the beach, catching up with friends for a coffee, or playing my guitar (not at night ofc!). I also love spending time outdoors: either surfing, swimming, or going for walks to Glenrock!

I've been sharing flats for over 10 years and I'd consider myself a very respectful roommate. I like to keep common areas clean, and always make sure to clean up after myself in the kitchen. I'd love to live with people who have similar values too. I always appreciate a cuppa and a chat with my roommates, but I'm also super respectful of everyone's space and downtime :)

I'm either looking for a sharehouse up to $350-400 p.w. or a studio (with a flexible budget). My current lease is ending at the end of September, but would be open to start paying from beginning of September. Ideal location would be Newcastle East, The Hill, Cooks Hill or Bar Beach, but happy to consider other areas if the place and the people are right.
