✍️ Reliable Writer seeking Short-term Holiday Sublet (Dec 23 - Jan 15)

I’m looking for a cozy spot to call home for a few weeks before I head back to Taiwan for my Master’s degree in February. If you’re heading away for the Christmas/New Year holidays and want someone trustworthy to look after your room, I’d love to help!
📍 Locations: Newtown, Glebe, Redfern, Surry Hills, Marrickville, or anywhere nearby.
📅 Dates: Dec 23rd – Jan 15th (Flexible by a few days)
💰 Budget: Around $400 pw (Bills included preferred)
🏠 Room Type: Private room only (Shared bathroom is fine)

I’m a creative writer currently working on a sci-fi/fantasy novel. I’m a very calm, quiet, and easy-going person who values a peaceful environment. You’ll mostly find me tucked away with my laptop or writing at local libraries and cafes.
