Hello! My name is Karen and I am looking for a cozy place closer to work preferably long-term. I work in a vibrant and busy environment so I love coming home to a calm and clean space. I'm friendly and considerate of others but tend to like doing my own thing at home, otherwise I love going out for walks and/or hikes. I greatly value cleanliness, particularly in communal areas and respecting each other's space and belongings. If you are the same, that would be great! I do enjoy my alone time, but I am also happy to have a chat; I like contributing to a friendly home atmosphere.

I’m no professional but I enjoy cooking my own food for meals and baking a sweet treat here and there. I also love gardening and come with some plants, although I’m admittedly more a brown thumb than a green one. Most of my plants are outdoor plants in pots, so if you have a sunny garden, I would be stoked!

I do shift work, so occasionally I come home late from work, so an understanding and quiet space would be lovely. I am also mindful of the noise I may make when I come home- I’d hate to disturb anyone. I don’t mind gatherings or people coming over but would appreciate some notice. I tend to go out when meeting friends, so you’d hardly have to worry about me bringing people over.

An all women household is preferable.

I do not drink, smoke, vape, or party. I see my room and home as a place to relax and destress from the rest of the world, and appreciate a tidy and calm space. I’m all for diversity and open-mindedness to multiculturalism, and hope you are too.
