Hi I’m Niamh! I’m 27 years old moving to Sydney at the end of October. I’m looking for a private room with a budget of around $500 per week ($550 if bills included). I ideally would like to be located in the eastern suburbs around Bondi/ Coogee/ Randwick/ Rose Bay. I’m quite social and will be out and about a lot of the time, but I am also looking forward to having a space to call my own. I’m active and love the gym and fitness. I’m clean and respectful of people’s space and I can adapt to any living situation. I will be hoping to get a full time role in finance. I have friends over in Sydney that will do a viewing for me so please let me know if this can be arranged. I’m willing to pay a few weeks of rent ahead of my arrival to secure a place if needed !
