🌿✨Seeking short-term accommodation✨🌿

Hi there!

I'll be returning from living overseas and I'm seeking short term accommodation before my long-term place is ready to move in to. I'm looking to sublet / sublease from 14 October - 15 November with a possible extension.

I'll be working in the parliamentary triangle so places in Kingston, Manuka, Forrest or Woden Valley would be preferable but happy to consider anywhere.

*I've lived with housemates for many years and respect the working of a house can get a long with basically anyone
*I'm easy-going, like to have a chat (but can respect others privacy) and a Friday night beer.
*I've been studying in Budapest for the last year so I'm keen to do more bush walks around town
*As much as I love Budapest o I'm keen for a decent coffee! Let me know of the best places in town☕
